Classes

  • Individual and group assignments from classes
Mentorship
  • Mentorship is a continuous process at Flecha
  • Regular check-ins on classes, activities - what’s interesting, what’s motivating, etc.
  • Ongoing discussions to explore career options, doubts, learning styles, and strengths
